Schedule an appointment and let customers join via a secure link. Optional features include contact-center routing, webhooks, and notifications.

Versioning and lifecycle

  • v2 is the current version and the default for new integrations.
  • v1 remains available for existing integrations that still use v1 request and response shapes.
  • New functionality and enhancements are delivered on v2, and v1 will be deprecated over time.
  • API version lifecycle is independent from explicit chatMode values used in routing.
