The Appointments API provides scheduling capabilities for video call appointments between agents and customers, covering creation, updates, participant management, and interaction lifecycle workflows.
Versioning and lifecycle
- v2 is the current version and the default for new integrations.
- v1 remains available for existing integrations that require legacy request and response shapes.
- New functionality and enhancements are delivered on v2, and v1 will be deprecated over time.
